Forbes names Vladimir Lisin Russia’s richest tycoon

MOSCOW, Sep 29 (PRIME) -- Forbes has named Vladimir Lisin, the key owner of steelmaker Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK), as Russia’s richest tycoon with his wealth estimated at U.S. $22.6 billion, Forbes said on Tuesday.

Previously, Vladimir Potanin, the key shareholder of metals giant Norilsk Nickel, was named as Russia’s richest tycoon with wealth of $22.3 billion.
